LATAM Pass

LATAM Pass is the loyalty program of LATAM, the largest airline in Latin America. Unlike other major programs, LATAM does not belong to any global alliance — it left oneworld in 2020 — and now operates through bilateral agreements, with Delta as its main partner.

How it works

You accumulate LATAM Pass Points by flying, transferring points from banks and coalitions, or subscribing to LATAM Pass Club. Points are valid for 36 months from the credit date, renewed whenever you fly a paid LATAM segment. Elite tiers (Gold, Platinum, Black and Black Signature) add point bonuses and benefits like baggage, boarding and VIP lounges.

How to accumulate

  • Flying LATAM and partner airlines (notably Delta).
  • Transferring points from banks and coalitions like Livelo and Esfera — usually the best route, especially with transfer bonuses.
  • Subscribing to LATAM Pass Club, which credits 1,000 to 20,000 points per month and extends validity.
  • With LATAM co-branded credit cards that earn points directly on purchases.
  • Through commercial partners: hotels, car rentals, gas stations and stores.

How to redeem

  • LATAM tickets on domestic and international routes.
  • Flights on LATAM partner airlines, notably Delta (the partner list changes; check the official site).
  • Cabin upgrades and extra baggage.
  • Partner products and services, bookable up to 365 days ahead.

Frequently asked questions

How long do LATAM Pass points last?

The standard validity is 36 months (3 years) from the credit date, renewed whenever you earn points by flying a paid LATAM segment. Higher elite tiers have extended rules.

What's the best way to accumulate LATAM Pass points?

For most people, transferring points from banks and coalitions (Livelo, Esfera, cards) during bonus campaigns yields far more than flying alone. Use our Transfer Promotions area to catch the best bonuses.

Is LATAM part of a global alliance?

No. LATAM left the oneworld alliance in 2020 and now operates through bilateral agreements. Its main partner is Delta. The partner list changes over time — always check the official LATAM Pass site.

Is LATAM Pass Club worth it?

It depends on your profile. Use Radar Milhas's Loyalty Club Simulator to compare the club's cost per thousand with the value you get on redemptions.
